Mr. Evans joined McBride Real Estate Services as a Principal in May 2004. Mr. Evans, a native Washingtonian, focuses on providing tenant representation and consultation services in the Washington Metropolitan Region. Mr. Evans possesses extensive experience applying a consultative approach and unique skill set to representing law firm, association, financial, non-profit, and corporate clients during office relocations, lease renewals, office expansions, office condo or building acquisitions, and the marketing of excess space for sublease.
Prior to joining MRES Mr. Evans began his real estate career in 2001 at Insignia/ESG Inc. (now CB Richard Ellis, Inc). Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Evans worked as a commercial salmon fisherman during summers in Prince William Sound , Alaska from 1992 to 2000. During this time he owned and operated a commercial salmon fishing vessel from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Evans is a licensed private pilot and licensed boat captain, holding a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Masters License.
Mr. Evans received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University .
