Mr. Renart joined McBride Real Estate Services in June 2005. Prior to working at McBride, Mr. Renart was employed by Newmark Knight Frank, a New York-based real estate firm where he specialized in tenant representation for the Washington D.C. metro area. Mr. Renart adds value to his clients' real estate transactions by ensuring the most up-to-date knowledge of market trends. He uses this knowledge to conduct strong negotiations on his client's behalf. In addition, he is skilled in understanding complex business scenarios and crafting solutions that reduce real estate operating costs while preserving a healthy work environment. Clients that choose to work with Mr. Renart include many renowned law firms, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and medical practices.
A native Washingtonian, Mr. Renart currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University, followed by an MBA from the University of Maryland. Mr. Renart is bilingual in Spanish and English, and has lived in Europe and South America. In his free time he enjoys reading, playing Squash, and barbequing for friends and family.
