Mr. Spencer joined CB Commercial in 1995 (now CB Richard Ellis, Inc.) in Washington, D.C. as an agent specializing in the representation of tenants in leasing transactions. In 1998, he moved to Blake Real Estate, Inc., a large Washington, DC developer, owner, and manager of professional office buildings. At Blake, he focused on landlord representation while maintaining relationships with his tenant representation clients. During his Blake tenure, Mr. Spencer received the Washington Board of Realtors "Million Dollar Club" award in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003, and is now a lifetime member of the Washington Board of Realtors “Million Dollar Club”. Mr. Spencer joined McBride Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2004 where he focuses on tenant representation and corporate consultation.
Mr. Spencer, a native Washingtonian, received a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in 1994. During college, he interned for real estate developers in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.
Mr. Spencer’s combined 10 years of experience representing Tenant’s as well as his unique experience working for a large developer, owner, and manager of 2.5 million square feet of local office space has proven to be invaluable in representing his current clientele.
