Mr. Sherbacow is a tenant advisor licensed in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, who specializes in the assisting of associations, non-profits and corporations with their commercial office requirements.
Mr. Sherbacow’s negotiating skills result in maximizing clients’ profits, or reducing budget costs via informed real estate decisions. Mr. Sherbacow has represented Fortune 100 companies including Intel, Oracle and Johnson Controls. He has more than 10 years experience in tenant representation including lease acquisition, expansion purchase and disposition. Due to his experience working for a top-five, international, commercial real estate firm, Mr. Sherbacow is well-versed regarding landlords’ interests and is unwavering in his stance on the importance of tenant-only representation. Clients insist on a negotiation of their transaction that exceeds their expectations and not merely the facilitation of a deal. Mr. Sherbacow’s clients include law firms, corporations, non-profit organizations and associations.
Focusing on expressed client needs, Mr. Sherbacow achieves high client satisfaction levels and effective solutions. His track record has led to a strong reputation in the commercial real estate community. Mr. Sherbacow obtained a B.A., International Affairs from George Washington University, and has remained a D.C. resident. For nine years he has volunteered as a mentor for the Hoop Dreams Academic Scholarship Fund and is active in the lives of four DC public high-school students who were the first in their family to attend college. Mr. Sherbacow also serves on the board and development committee of the Jewish Historical Society of Greater Washington.
