I cannot believe how lucky we are to have found you. You have worked tirelessly on our behalf to negotiate excellent terms and put up with some insane requests (“I won’t sign anything longer than five years,” as one example). But more importantly, you have done it all with a smile and willingness to do whatever necessary so that it would all work out in the end–which it did. Every tenant should have Richard McBride in their back pocket!

The CDIA had a less than optimal situation with a lease agreement that gave us little flexibility. Further, the extra space in our offices was far from desirable (no windows or a view of an ally) and the market was competitive. Your firm gave us a very quick and accurate assessment of options. You executed the plan on which we agreed with efficiency and delivered. Further, I appreciated your personal involvement and the fact that while I have no doubt we were not your largest client, you treated us as though we were.

In the end, the only real yardstick is the result and we could not have been more pleased with both the return of space to the building management company and also the sublet tenant who has been paying the bills on schedule without fail. Further, in a subsequent review of our current office space conducted by one of your competitors, he stated that he was genuinely surprised at how well you had done for us and did not believe he could have done any better.
