Peter A. Raczynski
Peter Raczynski has over eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate and has sourced led and participated in over $1 Billion in Tenant Representation, Agency, Acquisition and Investment Sales transactions. Mr. Raczynski’s broad base of knowledge and transactional experience set him apart among real estate professionals in the region in terms of his ability to dissect all facets of a transaction and provide the most effective and creative solutions for his clients.
Mr. Raczynski began his career in 1992 with Transwestern (then Carey Winston) and subsequently worked for local developers and brokers Akridge and Blake Real Estate where he represented owners and tenants. He served as a Managing Director in the Washington office of New York, NY based Newmark Knight Frank specializing in tenant representation and corporate accounts. More recently, Mr. Raczynski pursued investment and advisory opportunities with several local investment groups and was a key member of the acquisitions team at Capitol Automotive Real Estate Investment Trust through their IPO and acquisition of over $750 million in automotive dealership properties nationally. He has also been a guest lecturer at the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Raczynski is a native Washingtonian. He graduated from St. John’s College High School and holds a B.A. from John Carroll University. Peter is a multiple winner of the Washington Board of Realtors “Million Dollar Club” award. Mr. Raczynski has also owned several small and is the current owner of a premier landscape design-build firm in Washington, DC.
