SAME’s elegant building no longer functioned appropriately to support their business model. A sale and relocation prior to their upcoming centennial celebration was desired. However, the organization had to remain fully operational at all times and complete the project without capital costs in the sale or move.

The Board approved proceeding with a sale at designated price. We structured a sale and relocation into new space without requiring any capital expenditures as a part of the process. SAME was able to experience a seamless move without interrupting their vital mission to the U.S. Military.

Our military clints are a different breed. Established timelines and seamless communication required a spirit of cohesiveness between all team members. The result in military terms was: “Mission Accomplished”.
