Marc began his commercial real estate career in Washington, DC in 1996, representing landlords and tenants in office lease transactions. Marc joined McBride Real Estate Services in 2004 and has combined his analytical, transactional, and legal skills to assist his clients negotiate beneficial transactions that serve their long-term goals. Marc has developed a specialty in representing not-for-profit, corporate, and medical clients in long term planning and real estate requirements. Marc’s dedication to his client’s best interests and focus on long-term relationships with his clients has led to numerous repeat assignments with many clients.
