Richard McBride, a native Washingtonian, began his real estate career in 1975 when he assisted his mother in the formation of her residential real estate company, Cecile B. McBride & Company, Inc. Throughout High School, Mr. McBride worked after school assisting in residential sales, rentals, marketing, and management with McBride & Company. After graduating from Walt Whitman HS in 1978, he received his salesman’s license.
